Steps to transfer freecharge credits to another account [Screenshots Added]

A month back Freecharge introduced the feature to send or transfer the freecharge free credits to another account or wallet and at the same time you can request the money or freecharge credits from your friends or another wallet too. Here I am sharing the process to respond or accept the request for freecharge credits from your friends and sending the freecharge wallet balance to other wallet or account for those who are still not aware about this new feature. I think most of you guys are awaiting for this awesome option from freecharge which was early implement by other online payment gateways. But they made it smooth as we don't need to verify the transaction with a OTP and request or send money can made via a chat window which is something new. 

They are revamping their services and the above feature is the latest addition. Not only this now we can use our freecharge credits to do recharge by applying cashback promocodes which is another one we are awaited most. We can also use it to pay bills on various online sites by using their virtual credit card. Virtual card will act somewhat same as that of physical virtual card. 

You can made payments using your virtual credit by selecting the credit card option in the payment page and enter the credit card number, Expiry Date and the CVV code. To get your card you have to upgrade your freecharge account. Okay, let's check how to send money from one wallet to other wallet.

Steps to Send Freecharge Wallet balance to another wallet

Before going to the steps below you must have the latest version of their app installed in your phone. Also you can send a minimum of Rs.10 from your wallet.

Before sending money or approving the request, makes sure that you got enough wallet balance or you have to add money during the process

• Install or update the latest version of the freecharge app from the playstore
• From the app home select Chat & Pay tab

• Then type your friend's mobile number to the box that you want to send money

• While entering the mobile number you can see suggestions from your contact list

• Simply select the number from the contacts or enter the mobile number to proceed
• A chat window will appears on the next screen
• Tap on Send Money option from below

• Now enter the amount that you want to send and if need you can type a message too

• Then tap on Pay Now button to send the money

If you don't have enough balance in your wallet then you have to load the money first to continue the transaction

• After that the cash will be instantly added to your friend's account

Steps to Request freecharge credits from friends

You can request a minimum of Rs.10 from your friends. After you made the request the same will be notify to your friends with a SMS. They can reply to your request by logging to their freecharge account.

Before responding to the request make sure that the request was from your friends or others known to you.

• Log-in to your Freecharge account
• Tap Chat & Pay tab from the app home
• Here also same enter the mobile number that you would like to request cash or select it from your contact list
• Select Request Money option from below of the chat window

• Enter the amount that you would like to get 

• Then tap on Request Now button
• Your friend will get notify about the request via SMS as well as via freecharge app
• Now your friend will have the option to Decline or Accept your request

If he will accept your request then the requested cash will be instantly added to your account.
