• Install and open the app from playstore
• Click on wallet icon from below of the app
• Now enter your mobile number, email ID (optional), create a password and tap on Sign-up button 

You can later add email Address and verify it from account option in app

• Then verify your mobile number with OTP
• After that enter your name, Date of birth and press confirm button to proceed
• Select Add Money option from the page
• Enter the amount as Rs.25 and select Have a promo code option
• On the pop-up window enter promo code as FREE25 and click on Apply

• Finally click Add Money button and your free Rs.25 wallet cash added instantly to your account

If promocode FREE25 doesn't applies successfully or shows expired then you can try FREE20 (Enter Amount as Rs.20) or FREE10 (Enter amount as Rs.10)

Proof:- 

Update (Expired) : You can use promo code ADD50 instead of FREE25 and this will give you free Rs.50 to your paytm wallet. Follow the above steps but don't forget to add 50 instead of 25 at the 5th step before using this code. This works only if you are a new user and must apply this code before your first transaction made via paytm account.
